Foundation Partner Programme · Applications open

Be among the first on Australia's dedicated AI Governance Platform.

We are bringing in a small group of Australian organisations to use Guvn.ai before launch, shape what it does, and have a direct hand in how it works. If your organisation is grappling with the AI governance question right now, we would like to hear from you.

The platform

Discover, Assess, Control, Prove every AI tool being used by your organisation.

Australian organisations are adopting AI faster than they can govern it. Boards face new obligations under APRA CPS 230, the Privacy Act, the Corporations Act, and a half-dozen other instruments that already apply to AI decisions today. Most have no register of the AI in their environment, no risk assessments, and nothing to show a regulator.

We have built Guvn.ai to close that gap. The platform discovers every AI tool an organisation is running, scores its risk, maps it to the regulatory frameworks that apply, and produces the audit-ready evidence boards and regulators are starting to ask for. It is purpose-built for Australian law, not retrofitted from a US or European platform.

We are pre-launch. The product is real and works. Before we open the doors more widely, we want a small group of partners using it inside their own environments, telling us what we have got right, what we have got wrong, and what they would change.

The exchange

What we ask. What we give back.

What we ask of you

  • Use the platform inside your organisation. Real environments, real data, real decisions. Synthetic test scenarios are not what we are looking for.
  • Tell us what is working and what is not. Bugs, friction, gaps, missing features, things that surprise you, things that are wrong. We want all of it.
  • A short call every week. Thirty minutes with the product team. We will send a short written update in between.
  • Confidentiality. We are pre-launch. A light-touch mutual NDA covers what you see, with a clear exit at the end of the programme.

What you get from us

  • Full platform access. Every module, every feature, no limits, for the full 12 weeks. We will continue your access on commercial terms after the programme if it is delivering value.
  • Direct access to the founders. Reachable directly through the programme. No account managers, no support tiers, no tickets.
  • Influence over what gets built. The roadmap is not fixed. What you tell us shapes what we ship next, and we will tell you when something has been built because of your feedback.
  • Foundation Partner status. Recognition as one of the first organisations in Australia to take AI governance seriously enough to invest the time. A reference for your board, your regulator, and your customers.

The cohort

The kind of organisations we want.

We are not looking for organisations that have AI governance solved. We are looking for organisations that take it seriously, are willing to be candid about where they are, and are prepared to invest the time to help us build something that works for them and for the rest of the market.

Sector

We are particularly interested in:

  • APRA-regulated entities
  • Federal and State Government, and Defence
  • ASX-listed corporates
  • Healthcare and life sciences
  • Professional services with significant client data exposure

Seniority

The right person to lead this in your organisation is one of:

  • Chief Information Security Officer
  • Chief Risk Officer
  • Head of Operational Risk
  • Chief Technology or Information Officer
  • General Counsel or Company Secretary
  • Head of Governance, Risk, and Compliance

Posture

You are a good fit for this programme if:

  • You are already concerned about ungoverned AI use in your organisation
  • You have started thinking about how AI risk fits into your existing risk and governance frameworks
  • You can commit a small amount of senior time over the 12 weeks
  • You are authorised to commit your organisation, or close enough to authority that you can move quickly

Questions we get asked

Frequently asked questions.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. The Foundation Partner Programme is provided at no cost to partners for the full 12 weeks. After the programme, continuing access is on commercial terms, with preferential pricing for Foundation Partners.

Is this a sales process?

No. The programme is run by the product team, not the sales team. We will not pitch you. If you become a customer afterwards, that is a conversation for after the programme has ended.

How much time will this actually take?

Realistically, two to four hours a week from the lead person inside your organisation, plus light involvement from a small number of others as you use the platform. The 30-minute weekly call is the only fixed commitment.

Who sees our data?

Only the Guvn.ai team. The platform is hosted on Australian infrastructure, your data does not leave the country, and we do not process anything through external LLM APIs. The mutual NDA covers any specifics you share with us about your environment.

How is this confidential? Can we tell anyone?

We ask that you do not publicise your participation while the programme is running. Once we launch publicly, you are welcome to talk about it, and we will be glad if you do. Internally, you can tell whoever needs to know.

What if it does not work for us?

You can leave the programme at any time. There is no minimum commitment beyond the NDA. If you do leave, we would appreciate a short conversation about why so we can learn from it.

What if we are not selected?

We will let you know within ten business days of applying. If we cannot fit you into the Foundation cohort, we will hold your details and come back to you when the broader beta opens later in 2026.

We are not based in Australia. Can we apply?

The platform is built for Australian regulation, so you will get the most value if your operations sit under Australian law. International organisations with significant Australian exposure are welcome to apply.

Apply

Ready to apply?

The application takes about five minutes. Eight short questions, one screen at a time, no long form. We read every application personally. You will hear back from us within ten business days.
